looking good, jimmy! I was starting to worry about you. glad to see E2 is in range. looks like stane at 12.5 twice a day is the right dose. Thinking about bumping up the NAC or cutting back the dbol ?

Yeah im pretty damn thrilled. I attribute it to all factors but mainly the diet man. Ive really stuck to it. My biggest cheat was a bowl of cheerios with skim milk and even that i fit in my macros. Ive been within 100 cals +or- every day eating very clean. Makes all the difference as I know you know.

great job on staying consistent with the diet. its easy to get psyched about going hard in the gym; but sticking with that diet - eating when you don't want to - avoiding those temptations - doing it every f'n day - that's the tough part. keep going!

Hey guys everything has been great as far as the cycle and diet ad progress. Things have been a little hectic here at home and with work so I have been crazy busy and not able to update as I would like too. The good news is as hectic as things have been my diet and training have remained on point. My rest is lacking a bit but other than that all is well. Gains have continued nicely and Im getting comments from everyone I see so things are going really well. Thanks for checking in and for the PM's asking how im doing etc. I really appreciate it. You guys are helping keep me on point and I appreciate it. Have to run. Ill try to be more consistent with my updates even if I just do a late night check in.

Keep up the great work, Jimmy. It's hard to stay motivated with workouts, and ESPECIALLY diet when things get busy. Glad to see you are able to prioritize. Good to hear about the complements. That's got to be a great motivator.

Time to get the log back on track! I have stayed pretty much on track. 100% on track diet wise. Rest has been a bit tough to come by. I did miss 2 workouts in the last 2 weeks. The gains have slowed a bit but I am still slowly progressing.
The HIT is def the way to do. It is by farthe most efficient workout style I have ever incorporated. Never would I have imagined such little volume would result in such large gains. I always prided myself on workout intensity but HIT takes intensity to another level.
Diet wise I think I need to up my cals a bit more. My bf isnt going up very much at all and with gains slowing a bit I think with the added mass a caloric increase is called for. Eating wise Im in the mode. I just do it. I dont think about it, I just eat, and eat. Clean quality cals. High Protein, moderate to high carbs, moderate to high (more high) healthy fats. the healthy fats have made hitting my calories much easier as they are so calorie dense.
Im still doing test, Deca , tren , primo and low dose dbol .
Supplementation includes: Cialis 3mg/day, NAC 1200 mg/day, Red Yeast Rice approx 300mg/day, Prami .5mg/day, Stane 25mg/day in 2-12.5mg doses.
I get in at least 100grams of protein in the form of shakes, the rest in solid food. Fats ive been using nuts, chia seeds (these are excellent - google them), and Olive Oil. Carbs have been various fruits and tyical BB carbs sources, Oats, Sweet Potatos, Brown Rice. I also eat 1 1/2 bags of frozen green veggies/day. Mostly broccoli and spinach.
This one is winding down quickly, I want to make sure I finish as strong as I started so Ill be back to my daily updates!
Thanks for all the support and pm's guys!

Great to hear, Jimmy. The diet is the toughest part. If you have that down, you're way ahead of the game. way to stay motivated.
I'm with you on HIT. Can't believe all those years of 1-2hour workouts. I get better results now with 35 minutes of HIT. Admittedly, I spend 15 minutes before the workout to warm up and get the equipment I'm gonna need ready so I can go from set to set efficiently; but from the first set to the last is NEVER more than 40 minutes.
Good to see you back posting. your thread is motivating.

As is yours my friend. Its good to have the time (dont tell my boss) to post again during the day!
Yeah Im really think being so strict this go round det wise has helped tremendously. That and the HIT have been the biggest differences for me. Honestly until now its been years since I stayed on point an entire cycle. Of course that is all relative. My on point might be insane for someone else or my cycles I thought I could have done better some people would have been thrilled with.

Absolutely. It has made all the difference for me. You know so often we tell people wanting to juice that they really need to get diet and training mazimized etc. Its so true man. Even after years in the game the difference in my results is so significant when the diet and training are on point. They really are most important man.

Ok so got u this am. Took my Stane, my cia, my 5mg dbol . Made a protein shake and took my Red Yeast Rice and NAC.
Today is Back Day- Ill be hitting it hard! Working out right after work. If I go right after work before I get home its a definite formula for success. If I go home something may come up to sidetrack me. This way that cant happen. Im upping my cals 400 so Ill be at the 5000 cal mark so eating will be a job today. I will update this post after my workout.

good luck hitting 5K. I couldn't do it without some serious supplementing (or ice cream, pizza and beer).
When you get time, can you expand on your thoughts and experience of using dbol throughout the whole cycle?

I do it with fats. They are so calorie dense its not as bad as it seems. Peanut butter is awesome for packing in the cals. Also I nix the natty peanut butter (normally thats what i eat). It is too expensive to eat in the quantities i do when im at high cals like this. I get 2 huge jars of skippy packed together at sams club . I usually pick up 2 of the 2 packs. Nuts are great too. Chia seeds in every protein shake adds healthy fats in the form of omega 3's. I also will incorporate more red meats with a higher fat content. The saturated fat doesnt scare me all too much after my boodwork came back failry acceptable in the cholesterol dept. Plus it is short term.
The dbol low dose long duration may be the single best thing i ever tried and incorporated. You get all the benefits of dbol with none of the bad. It increases prtoein synthesis and nitrogen retention, at that dose you dont bloat up and your gains are solid and well retained. 15mg-split into 3-5mg doses throughout the day. Its a tip I picked up from 2 diff competitive bodybuilders and it works amazing. Also it doesnt kill my liver enzymes like people might think it would. Now a days people take 50+ mgs/dbol/day. Its crazy. This approach has made a significant, noticeable difference in my gains with seemingly no adverse sides. I love it.

Thanks, Jimmy. That addresses my two primary concerns - bloating and liver. I could live with the bloat, but once the liver is shot.... Add to that the fact I used to drink the sh!t out of beer (and still have the occasional ones), I wasn't too sure about it.
Good luck, and enjoy that peanut butter!

Ok so I had a killer back workout. Forced reps and negatives finished each set. I will admit I do cheat slightly on the final reps, jerk a bit then work the negative but yu know what, I dont think its as bad as I used too. I dont do horribly dramatic jerky motions but I do what I need too so I can get the weight into position to do a slow torturous negative. What a way to finish a set. My back was extremely pumped. I had a shake immediately post workout. My supplementation for the rest of the day (after my initial post) was 2 more 5mg each dbol doses, 12.5 mor mgs stane, .5 mg prami, and melatonin right before bed. It was a good day. I missered my cals by just over 100 i estimate so today ill be kicking it up a bit.

Sounds like a great back workout. I have to do a couple of "cheat reps" in order to go to failure and/or get some negatives. Its hard to do it any other way without a spotter.
Not sure how you eat so many eggs. They start having a hard time going down after about 4 for me.
