Friday 3/28/2014
Got up and took 12.5 mg stane, 5mg dbol . Banged test,tren , deca ,primo. Also pinned HCG . Took NAc and Red Yeast Rice. Had Protein Shake. Today is an off day from the gym so my focus is on food and lots of it. The rest of the days supplementation will consist of 2 more 5mg doses of dbol, 12.5 more mgs stane, and .5mg prami.
Today is an eat and grow day!

Monday 3/31/2014
Got up and took 5mg dbol , 12.5mgs Stane, 3mg Cia. Then banged Test,tren .Deca and Primo. Also pinned 250iu's HCG .
I feel like I wake up eating and go to bed eating. Probably because I do lol
Today is leg Day. Good thing about mondays it everyone is doing chest and Im doing legs so I dont have to wait at all.
Feeling pretty good, Busy weekend. A little tired but overaall feeling pretty good. Looking forward to starting off week right workout wise with a killer leg session.
I will update log post workout.

Ok so im aborting my cycle and giving up steroids forever. In fact I think Im just going to eat McDonalds and Burger King for life and be a fat ass.

Yeah ..pretty cheesy but April Fools...
On the serious note Im absolutely going to destroy shoulders tonight. If I can wash my hair without being in agony tomorrow I didnt do an intense enough workout tonight. I am seriously motivated to blow off some steam and tear up some muscle tonight at the gym. Should be a great workout....looking forward to it...

SO I did end up having a great shoulder workout. Seriously crushed them. Then Yesterday had a fantastic back workout. Today will be chest. Im feeling very motivated and pumped. Cant wait to the end of the day to get it in.
Thursday 4/3/2014
Woke Up, Took my regular regiment of sups: 12.5 stane, 5mg dbol , 3mg coiaa, 250mg RYR, 1200mg NAC. Pinned 250iu's hcg . Ate 8 eegs and 3 small to medium red potatos with olive oil on them. Just had a vanilla protein shake and almond with fruit and oats and chia seeds in the shake. Im eating almost non stop and I feel it. I am constantly somewhat pumped. My glycogen store must be replenished very quickly.
I will update post workout.

Sorry gentlemen and thanks for keeping tabs! You guys are awesome.
All is going well. Sadly this cycle is winding down soon but I am very pleased. I have been super busy but have ben sticking too it. It feels like all I do is eat (prob because it is) but it is worth it. It has been quite some time since I have put the hwole package together like I have this run. It feels great. Ill post some more in detail but I was just checking in and had to do a quick update.

It looks like 2014 will be a come back year for the both of us. 2013 was bloody hell, and I'm happy to be done with it. Lost about 55 pounds, two operations, one appendicitis attack (the other led to a burst appendix and an operation), two significant illness', and a very anemic time in the gym.
So today was my "first" day back in the gym.
Currently at 195lbs. It is all upside from here.
So let's make 2014 the year of the come back!

I think this time, I won't focus so much on muscle mass, and instead, a nice clean steady bulk up to maybe 230. And really focus this time on BF% reductions. I've never really been below 13%, so there are new areas I can explore that doesn't include all the weight and resulting stress on the back and knees.

so I decided to do something a little different this time. slow motion exercising. for example, when doing a curl, I slowly count 4 on the contraction end, and slowly count four on the return/negative end. Much less weight, perfect form, and much less chance of injury. Let's see how it goes.
