    Cool man!! The last couple weeks is where you see the most changes in the mirror especially if the diet is on point. The diet is really where the magic happens!! Good Luck.

    I agree with bodacious, leave the test dose at 300. By the time the higher dose took effect you'd be to close to the end of the cycle to get much benefit this time around. Save the higher dose for another cycle down the road.

    Ive gained around 15lbs
    Start 187
    Highest 207
    Now 201.5"been cutting for about 2.5 weeks"

    Strength feels to be up around 30-40%
    for example
    bench @ start of cycle 205 for 2-3
    bench on last max day 255 for 2-3

    I can definatly feel the test(morning wood, high energy, little to no lactic acid build up, increased appetite just these last couple weeks) but I am just now unsure if I should stop at 12 or 14 weeks?

    It seems like everyone is pointing to keeping the levels at 300/week; with the longer ester Test E is really makes sense that upping mid way would be insignificant to gains...In your opinion based on my strength levels and gains so far should I run it to 12 or 14 weeks? This is my only decision now that I'm staying at 300/week. thanks

    Stick to 12 weeks in the interest of getting your pct started and restoring your hpta function sooner than later. I know you don't want to quit while your still seeing gains, but you also don't want to put your recovery at any more risk than necessary.

    I ran out of energy to do my full forearm workout so ill impliment the lost reps later this week...

    Ive cut out all fat in my diet except for egg yolks and flaxseed oil(2x normal dose)
    Cut is working excellent! I almost bought some var the other day but this diet is working so well I don't think it will be necessary at all :)

    Thanks for the solid info. I think 12 weeks will be plenty at the rate I'm going now

    Thanks man, gains are still coming so fast its almost unreal... I put up 45lbs Delt front raises today for like 30 reps and I swear I could have done the 50lbs if I had tried from the first or second set!
