How much VAR are you taking?

Sorry bro...I missed the post...I came here to do a short update and saw your Q.
I am running 40mg of var ED. It is not tabs...it is a homebrew capping job with high quality powder...at least that is what he said...I have been kidding him that it was Draino....oh well, I am getting some strength gains from it, so Draino must not be too bad.
I have been using the tren for almost a week. I just checked my BP and it was 126/60 pulse 66. I think those are a little higher than normal because of some outside factors that occurred today......I had just finished running prop in one trap and tren in the other. I have never put tren in my traps...I have never done a double trap shot. Yes, I was a bit nervous and I think it showed with my pulse and BP.
Tren hurts me for some reason. I ran some homebrew prop in one quad and some tren in the other....last Thursday...today was the first time I couldn't really feel it. I am one of those poor souls that tren bites. I expect I will get use to it though...got about 6-7 more weeks of it to go.
The diet is doing well, and I have lost a little weight. I am holding pretty steady at 227 right now. In another week, this tren should really be kicking....we'll see what happens then.

Hey that's great you're checking your BP -I've read here and there that tren can raise it. And 126/60 is really excellent, isn't it? You have a lot of room for it to go up before you have to worry, it seems to me.
I'm thinking of tren next time so I'll be checkin in.

Tren really messes me up!! I honestly had to quit after the first couple of weeks.

Swellin 126/60 is not a bad bp.....hell I went to the doc yesterday(which I hate doctor's officies) and mine was 128/74, which is high for me.
Does high blood pressure run in your family?

Yeah, high blood pressure does run in my family. None of them have insanely high BP, though. I did check it again two days later....104/58...pulse 59. Not bad for a guy who never does any cardio. I have started some cardio this week. I found that I am in desperate need of some new shoes. Thrity minutes on the treadmill, and foot feels like someone hit the bottom of it with a bat.

I know what u mean about high bp...it runs in my family also. When I was 228lbs of fat ass, mine stayed borderline high, now all is good.
LMAO at u needing new shoes...I can relate to lack of cardio myself, well until next wk when I start doing cardio 3x per wk.......it's gonna suck.

I missed the gym yesterday, waiting on a very important phone call.....that never came....those bastards.
So, I missed legs. Today was chest day. I got half-way through my 1st exercise and my forearm capsized on me. I can't even pick up a half gallon of milk with that forearm.
It looks like I will be out of the gym for the next week. Tomorrow was back day, but I will swap that around and do legs.
Next week, I will split quads and hammies & work them on different days. I guess I need to buy some new shoes and hit the treadmill next week.
Time to order some more New Balances.
I had my first episode of fina cough this past week. It was kind of freaky! I nicked a vein, and this was the first time I tasted the metallic flavor. I thought it was strange, then my chest got tight and it felt like my lings were in a vice.
As soon as I withdrew the needle, I went into an extreme fit of coughing that lasted about 20-30 seconds. The tightness in my chest eased off over the next few minutes. That was pretty freaky.

Better get that arm checked out bro, so it doesnt keep you out of commision too long.

04-10-2004, 09:58 AM #172Swellin Guest
Well, I worked legs, cardio and abs last week...no upper body. The arm feels much better, but I can tell it will hit me again. I will try upper boady this week, and see how it feels.
I can see my abs again! This is something very new to me. It has been about 12 years since I had anything more than a three pack....two on top, one big one underneath). The diet, cardio, and tren must be paying off. I am holding steady around 220-221. I have not checked, but I think my bf% is around 11-12.
I finished my first vial of tren two days ago. I finished my last vial of BD prop yesterday. That means I am using my howmebrew prop. This stuff goes in smooth, but the next two days are torture. That will make it tough to hit those bi's, tri's and traps with this stuff.

Be very careful with the arm bro........don't push it to hard, the last thing you want right now is a major set-back.

So how's the arm doing swellin?
If you don't start posting in here I'll have more post in your cycle log than you do.

Thanks for asking my brotha!
In answer to your question...it sucks! I worked chest monday, and the combination of my forearm trouble and a horendous prop shot in my tri caused me to be about 50 pounds off on my lifts. I missed yesterday because I was out of state. I drove for about 8 hours in that 40mph wind yesterday, and holding the steering wheel was death on my forearms.
Today I worked back and it was one of those once every three months kind of A+++ workouts. I hit deads at the end of the workout after I was wasted from one of the best back workouts I have had this year. The most I have ever tried was 500. Today I was feeling good...405 was going up like it was sissy weight. I made the mistake of putting 550 on there without an intermediate step.
It was slow coming off the floor, but the middle of the movement was cake. I got stuck less than an inch from locking it out. I fought it for about 6-8 seconds trying to lock it out, and failed. I slightly strained a pec muscle, but forgot about it as I was lowering the weight back to the floor...I pulled a lower ab muscle that sent me reeling! I had to get my wife to untie my shoes for me when I got home...I couldn't reach them.
I know that if I had gone in fresh and simply warmed up and hit the heavy weight, I could have gone in excess of 550. I was just wasted from that back workout.
On a kind of cool note, I worked out at the wrong time today and the place was packed. I have never seen anybody else doing deads in the gym, but there are some giants in this place! While I was doing 405, I drew an audience. I had my shirt off so I could wipe my face (not big enough to act like a big man in this place). I was getting some nice looks from some hotties, so that was sweet. When i put 550 on the bar, I never even noticed the folks stop working out to watch...but they were all staring when it was over. Too bad I missed the lift. I had a crowd of at least 15 folks stop what they were doing to watch...that was really cool. I'm too stubborn to have a fragile ego, so the failed attempt did little to unsettle me.

WOW 550 would have been a great pull swellin and you were so **** close to getting it. I have been doing my deads after my back workout and know it kills my weight I can lift but it saves my lower back and that is important. Sorry to hear that the forearm is still giving you trouble and now the ab muscle is goona be a sore spot for a few days. Good luck and get better bro your falling apart.

I'm new to all this. I just want to say how much I like to see everybody pulling for each other for the common goal of self worth.
Keep pumping.

Hope all's well.

Hey JS! I keep forgetting to finish this one out. Here is the result....
I started at 208-211 around 17% bf. I got up to 232 @15%bf. I started cutting and got down to 220 @ 11% bf. Then, I got sick before pct and lost 9 lbs. During pct, I ran IGF & slin PWO. I was able to gain back 6 or so pounds and end up weighing 218 @ 12+%. I put on a little fat around the belly, but nowhwere else...wierd. I attributed this to my carbing up at night along with my experimentation with slin in the AM on non-training days.
I did not get where I expected to be off this cycle. However, I made gains that were good enough to be accused of being on gear by several people I see on a daily basis. I also had to buy new clothes...even after cutting, my clothes fit differently now.
I have learned a great deal about what my body needs and how I can work around different problems. I have also learned a great deal about how I respond to different doses of different gear. I found out first hand how important your diet is to a BBer. I knew about it before, but could not grasp the scope of importance.
I used this cycle as a time to learn how to do things correctly. I understand it now, and know what it will take for me to do well in subsequent cycles. I am planning my next one right now.

Well, loosing ten pounds of fat and gaining ten of lean at the same time isn't bad! How has your PCT and post cycle recovery gone? I'm wondering how hard it is to recover from fina/tren .

I used Pheedno's PCT protocol, and I am doing well. I really liked the addition of IGF & slin with my pct. Somewhere around 15-18 days into pct, the ole plumbing started working like normal again. It worked before...but not as well. Now I am pretty well back to normal..I have not had my blood checked yet...but I will.
Here is a link to my IGF journal...I have no idea why I didn't post it over here.
