yeah i just started it as i pulled a muscle in my neck, by doing it and accidentally getting fatigued and letting my back bend while doing swolecats leg routine, i was only planning on doing it for around 6 weeks as i read the same thing, but i am also going to try and find a new leg workout and have been looking for one, so i will try the one you said after im done with swolecats
