    i didnt feel like explaing my self to you, but i will and better of i'll show you. this two pix are 3 month 1 week apart. so you are saying that those results could only be achived with AAS???? if thats what i have to look forward to when ON, then i would even waste time and money on AAS. i'm pissed cuz you are calling me out and calling me a liar.this is the time when i was cuting . went from 210 to 192 whats so hard to belive here.

    You put on muscle and dropped fat in 3 months..and pretty substantial both ways. Last time I checked you cant build muscle and burn fat..effectively..in that short of a time span naturally. Sure, I didnt believe you but I made no mention of your post count, where you live or your avy

    Bud. I just told you. I work 40 hours a week. Do the math..thats 8 hours a day..5 times a week. I dont call that sitting in front of a computer.     Sure you CAN, if you are just starting out into the diet and workout lifestly it is very comon to gain muscle as well as reduce BF at the same time, so all you non-believer, you all said your piece now MOVE THE F-CK ON..........they guy is making a GREAT progress here, and that's all that matters....i have seen people make this kind of progress in less time that he did and all natural as well...with proper diet and exercise, which most of you do not follow, many things can be achived...BRO you are doing great do not let a couple of shiatty coment ruin all the positive feedback you received on this thread...great job stay focused and don't let the haters get to you...
