    *alex7674 Progress Pix* 3 Month Natural *PLUS UPDATES!*

    well.......i have been on this board for about 4 month and have made decent gains sence. I give credit to you guys on helping me with my diet and training. my stats are 6'2 192 pounds, not sure about bf.please let me know. i came to this board hoping to get info on how to use aas and few of you told to wait and go natural for a while. I took the advice and it working out good for me so far. anyways here are my pix...please point out weak areas! 210 pounds before and 3 month later 192 pounds . first 2 pix are before and the rest are after! peace......

    well....want to hit 210 in the next 8 month! and do my first cycle in a year or so..... test e cycle only.

    Three months natural? I dont know about that, that seems impossible to get those gains that quick.

    ok this is mon thru fri.
    1)8:30 2 scoops whey protien shake with banana. (blended with water)
    2)9:30 bowl of oats and fat free cottege chesse ,mixed together w.spenda
    3)12:00 about a pound 4% ground beef cooked,mixed with brown rice .salsa for taste(sometimes i do ground turkey . 1.5 %fat, extra lean )
    4)3:00 SAME AS MEAL # 3
    5)6:00 2 SCOOPS OF COMPLEX PROTIEN WITH BABY OATS BLENDED
    (LIFT FOR 1 1/2 HOUR AND CARDIO ABOUT 20 MIN)
    6)8:00 2 SCOOPS WHEY PROTIEN MIXED WITH L-GLUTIMEN.
    7)8:30 2 CANS OF TUNA WITH TWO SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD,OR BROWN RICE.1 CUP FAT FREE COTTAGE CHESSE BEFORE BED.
    * MEAL # 7 ,SOMETIMES CHANGES . GRILLED STEAK OR CHICKEN! I GRILL T BONE OR NEW YORK CUTS!WITH BROWN RICE. ALSO I GET ALL MY MEAT FROM TRADER JOE.CUZ THEY CARRY EXTRA LEAN GROUND BEEF AND THEY GOT COOKED BROWN RICE! WELL THATS IT .THERE IS SMALL THINGS LIKE APPLE , BANANA OR YOGURT I DIDNT MENTION CUZ I EAT THEM ON THE GO FOR SNACKS!

    Thats whats hard to believe. He gained muscle while losing fat...Even with aas thats hard in that time frame, without aas thats nearly impossible.

    true...but i don't really see that he gained all that much of muscle its more the whole definition that makes him appear to have gained alot of muscle i think most of it is just the weight loss/toning that makes him appear alot bigger

    I looked at your pictures over an over, and something seems fishy. I have never seen anyones body change like that in 3 months gear or no gear. You must have had a horrible diet before the 3 months. Im really baffaled. O well you look phenominal for 3 months regardless of how you did it. Good luck with everything. If your telling the truth, I hate to see you when your on cycle.

    no. bro i'm at work.in the storage room. had sometime on my hand so i took some pix of me. i wanted to take pix right after work out cuz i look bit bigger but kind of shy about taking pictures in the gym. i will post more pix in the next 2-3 month ,when(if) i hit my 200 pound range. and yes i'm all natty baby!

    when i'm going to do my first cycle,i hope to gain 20-25 lean mass,what i have gained is nothing(mosty dropped bf). i wont hide my cycle expirence from people,.if you ask, i'll tell! (atleast on this board.....i'll always be natty in my moms eyes). anyways, thanks for the comments!

    Overall good work man, your legs definitely need work and you cant tell your body fat at all because in all the pics it is from the mid chest up to hide your lower stomach so you cant tell anything post up full pics and we will get a better idea
