my cardio isnt much t-th probly 15min 20 min faily hard jogg in town. I credit alot my weight loss to diet. But i also switched my training to a combination of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyo's. I would set a number of reps i would try and get for example. I would try and do 45 reps with the clean & jerk in the fewest sets as possible recorded it and try and beat it the following week. This made my workouts the most fun i have had in years and your completely drained when u leave the gym.
heres atypical day with my
diet( basically cut out all sugar and processed carbs)
7:30Meal1- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, small can of V8
9:30 meal 2 - 2 scoops whey, low-fat cheese stick
12:30 meal 3- chicken breast/ 2 table spoons hooters hot sause, saladw/ lite ranch, mixed veggies, sugar free jello & whipped cream
3:00 PM meal 4- couple slice of mozerella cheese
5:30 Pm meal 5- 2 scoops whey, low-fat cheese stick
9:00 Pm meal 6- chicken breast 2 tapble spoonshooters hot sause, salad with light ranch.sugar free jello & whipped cream

quaker, lookin good bro..
You have basically NO carbs at all in any of your meals? You're going to end up losing weight but with it a lot of LBM as well.
I'd rework that diet if I were you.
Macros look like they might be something like this:
200g protein (if that)
50carbs?
50g fat.
Calories - 1500 or so.. That's WAY too low.. ofcourse you're losing weight, you're starving yourself.
Take a look at this and alter it to your BW/BF. I'd drop 500 calories for you on the cutting diet.
You could also change a few things to help seperate the fats/carbs if you wanted, I lose too much muscle when doing so because of metatolism.

Something must be wrong with my monitor. I don't see much difference. How much time is between each picture?

I think that if you had cycled your carbs during those 2 months you would have lost a LOT more BF. I find that if I don't have a carb-up day my metabolism slows down so much that my fat loss slows to nothing. Of course, I never go over 150 grams of carbs a day...
