Seems to me your too damn lazy to work out a proper diet for yourself. you have been given good advice REPEATEDLY by ppl that know what they are talking about. You seem to just ignore the advice as it means some hard work on your part. Just carry on doing gear you know nothing about and listening to the dietry advice of your mummy who obviously is qualified to advise on bodybuilding as she is a PT.

well just gave all my gear to my dad so now he is going to do my f-ing cycle. Oh well geus it is for the best and now I prob wont ever get to do a cycle becasue of the new laws in november. wtf this sucks geus im just going to have bulk for some years.

I hope your dad has more knowledge on diet and training so as not to waste your AAS.

I dont think he knows much since he was doing a whole bunch of steroids when they were legal. But he says he might take them I know he is going to do them besides he is prescribed to hgh and test just cant find a place to fullfill the orders
