what was the scaring like after the op. thats some good work what you have done i come on here from time to time to keep me motervated. i wana lose 50 pounds but have some strech marks already on my mid section so i know there will be some extra skin when the fat has gone. that why i wanted to know about the scaring?

thanks bros....i just started my mild bulk...my scarring is almost nothing my gf said the other day that its almost gone! i had amazing results from it and the recovery was great!

first started was basically doing any sport outside during the summer to lose the 100 lbs along with following the atkins diet...later on as i got into bodybuilding/lifting I used the elliptical. I do about an hour a day 5-7 days a week just cus i like to be heart healthy too (cardiovascular system) and I also helps me stay a certain bf because i am an endomorph and i put on lbs very fast....

at the moment im doing 30 mins of jogging every day ( 8 to 9 mins per mile ). i only weight train 3 days a week do you think this will be enuf or should i bump it up. what is elliptical

uhm the elliptical is like a cross trainer...easy on the joints....look it up
i dont like to walk, jog, run too often i find it harder to keep my HR in fat burning zone...weight training depends on many factors, age, how long uve been training for, are u cutting or bulking, etc
