u guys think im on my way to being ripped? for real...im never please with the way i look and it sucks b/c of being overweight when i was younger (prolly a complex I have) but i never thought in my lifetime id ever see one ab muscle

Just curious, What ddoes citrulline malata, selenium, L-Teanine and pycnogenol do?
Did you find that ZMA works at all?

yes I found ZMA works for me...
Pycnogenol, taken with arginine, increases NO levels
Citrulline Malate taken with arginine increases NO levels as well
L theanine also has that relaxation, recovery thing going before bed time supp
selenium is an antioxidant

well as of right now get as lean as i can through diet and cardio...then once summer is over ill do a very mild bulk diet to fill out a little more and get back to lifting heavier weights and see where that takes me...im not looking to be absolutely ripped to shreds but i want to stay lean year round and put on LBM

Hi bro, That is excellent, real inspiration to me mate - trully you are. I just posted my starting stats in the 'members pics' section I dunno what it is in pounds but I am over 19stone. Trying now to get rid of the flab. Reading what you have done is making realise it is possible.
