it is done all the time...i went from 282 to 230 in 8 weeks, so it can be done and he will do it, he looks ****in great now and in 10 weeks he will look sick....i dont know if you will come in at 195 though i almost say you will be heavier than that, but your height is decieving....

Wow sorry this was an old post of mine.........I ran into bad luck.....I had to have 2 shoulder surgerys. Last Aug. I was training chest just another day in the gym Hammer Incline machine 2nd set 3rd or 4th rep SNAP!!!! in my shoulder and that was it all done for the next 6 months. I'm back now can't bench much but I can train!!!! I missed the pump so bad well my new name is jasonbig1977. Keep an eye out for new posts
