hi, new here.

started training 1 1/2 years ago, work at a leisure centre so needed to set an example.

stopped swimming when i was 14 and went from 168lbs to 224lbs. at the age of 21 i stripped a lot of fat by dieting but with no weights or cardio. I was left with a body which looked worse because it was neither big or small. i ha also kept fat around the chest area, not good.
I started working out only doing chest, then read a few mags and changed to doing all body parts, then read some more and 11 months ago i really made a choice to go onto a strict but reliable diet. High protein, hard work outs, CV and dedication.
I have done one 6 week cycle of Anabol in october 07.
