Before & After pics 7 Week Clen/Diet/Cardio results
Well thanks to this site, and perfectbeasts post on losing bodyfat with clen and stict diet, I was able to shed about 20 lbs of fat and I actually gained about 4lbs of muscle, the before pic is me at 230 lbs at about 23% bodyfat, the second pic I'm 214 at about 17 % bodyfat, thanks to you guys I'll keep at it, this was over a 7 week span, check out perfectbeasts post on clen and diet cycles-----

I used perfectbeasts method on clen , however diet was set up by a buddy, (monday -friday, low carbs )and weekends load up on carbs (to keep you going through the workouts because low carb diets suck when you want to train hard. i must say i think the clen is outstanding if you never used it before, just remember to increase dosage slowly.

I used the red liquid from ###***, since it seems to be working awesome I'll go about two more weeks, its great when you see love handles and back creases just vanish, the before pick shows the fat on the love handles along with two good creases, the after pick there just gone---I love this stuff---down to 15.7% bodyfat as of this morning I was at 23% BF initially. I'm using a handheld devise for BF%, it has an athlete setting, but I also use the calipers on (Arm/chest/leg/calf/stomach ) the BF% between both methods always come within 1-2% of each other, however the calipers always make me about a 1% higher in BF %, than the device. ---

The calipers are most probably your best bet as to your BF%... The Impedence test isnt as reliable..

Many thanks to your comments , and it was just one bottle of Liquid clen that was needed at 100mcgs , for the seven weeks, still some left

Diet as follows :
Monday- Friday 6 meals, low carbs:
Meal One : Protein shake, 1/2 cup of nuts
Meal Two : 7 Egg Whites/ celery sticks with peanut butter/2 yolks
Meal Three : Caesar Chicken salad
Meal Four : Protein shake, 1/2 cup of nuts
Meal Five : Steak or Salmon & low GI veggies
Meal Six : Can of tuna or a protein shake/ 1/2 of grapefruit
Saturday & Sunday (carb reload) Heavy Training Days are Sat-Mon:
Meal one (breakfast)
5 egg whites two yolks
1 cup of oats/fruit/yogurt
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Meal two(snack)
One cup oatmeal
one cup non fat milk
fruit
meal 3(lunch)
3/4 cup rice
4 oz steak or Chicken
celery
meal 4(pwo)
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup non fat milk
fruit
Meal 5(dinner)
3/4 cup rice
4 oz chicken
lots of veggies (patatoe)
meal 6 (snack)
1 protein shake
apple or veggi
This diet has worked wonders for me, but everyone is different, I can say that Monday is the best heavy training day and the pumps are awesome.

Its hard to tell what is fat and what is muscle,water ect.. when talking about weight loss, but I went from 23%BF in pic one to about 16.8%Bf in pick two , lots of cardio first thing in the morning, and worked out with weights at night.

I'm glad its been working for you bro but I would suggest your completely revamp this diet... Switch over to Real food protein sources..... Every meal dude... the protein shakes are garbage and should only be used PWO... also avoid fruits unless their eaten PWO.... get all your carbs from Yams/Brown rice..... and dont count veggies as carbs....Your over 200lbs your not just dieting here your starving yourself..Dont get me wrong man... I'm not saying your not correct in your theory.... its the implementation of the diet and you will fair much better on whole foods...

hey I dont mean to flame but I see your new and very anxious with the clen ---a few points to consider : make sure you shake it well before use the crystals settle to the bottom and start ...SLOW..see how it effects you, lastly sTART CUTTING BACK ON CARBS OR CYCLE YOUR CARBS FOR FAT LOSS--GOOD LUCK...BE CAREFULL

very keen ive done alot just on diet and cardio now lost about 6kgs im guessing about 12-14% . mate awsome thread again inspires us average blokes that we can do it as well so thanks

I am 41 230 in the gym 4 days a week. I have some 40 micro gram tabs sShould i be taking 1 in the morning per day or one in the morning and one in the evening fr best results?
Same for my wife as she also wants to take them. I was thinking 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening for her (splitting the tab in 2)

day 1-2, 20mcgs once a day (see how you feel)
day 2-6, 40 once day (see how you feel)
day 7-10, 40 twice a day morn late afternoon
day 10-40, 40 three times a day (max for me 120mcg )
stay at 120 for as long as you keep seeing fat loss, usually 4-6 weeks, then taper back down, this is what I did, its no perfect formula everyone has their ideas, some take it all at once, 60-120mcg/day is an average dose. And keep your Blood Pressure at (or under) 140/90, while on clen , just to be safe. If you go over that, lower the dose. You´ll also want to know your body temperature, upon rising, for the week before you start taking your clen, and then monitor it (again, as soon as you wake up) throughout your clen regimen. When it returns to the level it was at before you began -up the dose or it might be time to stop if 6-7 weeks are up---good luck---CYCLE THE DAMN CARBS!!!!!!makes a huge difference.

HAHA....20 PM's (all postive) and a bunch of posts later (all positive) and there is always a character who says you can do better--Hey Newjuice I did more cardio than you can imagine and the diet was set for fat loss, take your negativity to the gym with you and leave the good threads alone
