    Same size shirt, different size person.

    Been bulking the past 5 months, weight went from 155lbs to 185lbs in that pic, I'm 189-190 now.

    Fat has obviously gone up, I was probably about 10-12% when starting, and now I'm at about 15%.

    Trying to manipulate my carbs and started cardio to combat the fat. My abs are going away

    That's alright dude! The fat will go away easier with all that new found muscle. Nicely done.

    yeah, only the top 4

    I'm guessing my BF is 15%... maybe it's better but I'd rather assume 15% and it really be 12% then walk around saying I have 12% and really 15

    Thanks guys, My goal weight is 205-210 @ 10% BF.. I've been 190 for a while now, weight gain is seriously slowing down.

    I think my frame can only support around 200lbs naturally haha.. I'm a true ecto, shit look at the pic on the right! My arm was a stick!

    I lost some fat, I'm down to 186lbs now (was at 191lbs)..

    Finally starting to see "cuts" and getting very vascular..
    here's my diet..

    1: 8 egg whites, 2 cups oats, 2tbl spoons AVC
    2: 2 cans of tuna
    3: Chicken
    4: 50g chicken 1/2 cup brown rice
    5: 97% lean beef and potatoes
    6: 25g chicken and broccoli
    7: casein shake


    I also just started taking 'proslam! 45'.. it's a 3.2oz shot style drink with 45grams of protein, pre-workout drink.

    Really trying to get that protein!


    Here's a pic.. I'm finally getting a chest haha and some abs.. My tri looks small in the center but if you look to the right you can see it. (I took the pic on a small mirror that has 3 panels that fold out).

    Been at it for 6 months now (straight).. I've worked out before but always quit, not this time.

    Never going to weight 150lbs again..

    Weighed myself today.. 184lbs! Losing fat/water weight but keeping all my muscle, actually I'm getting stronger!

    I'm going to keep this diet, it's really working well for me.

    Care to take a stab at my BF? I'm thinking somewhere between.. 10-12%? More towards 12% probably...
