Thanks to everyone! I am glad you all are here to support people like me. It makes more of a difference than you really know just taking the time to write down a sentence or two. The difference between having that Jello at dinner, hitting that extra rep, or going that extra 5 minutes during Cardio. Thanks a million.
Thanks man, I feel what you're saying. I recently just started the zig-zag calorie method during the week as the food here is so inconsistent and differs so much, and I found it is helping me out, and keeping my body on it's toes. I'll make sure to take your cardio advice into consideration too. They have a lot of skipping ropes, and punching bags at the gym here too so maybe Ill change that up to that once in awhile for variety.

Hey all, just thought I'd fill everyone in since I last posted.
I have lost another 2 pounds brining my total to 51 lbs and a weight of 178 overall. I think at most I want to be 175 then just stabilize or even get myself up to 180-185 by bulking cleanly. Unfortunately, that won't come until I get home; as the food here is of poor nutritional quality and I am ashamed to say I am drinking a bit too many protein shakes as a source. However, things are looking good, I wish I had calipers to measure my BF% but it must be somewhere in the 10-15% range as my abs are starting to become visible and I am noticing more and more striations around my arms/shoulders; veins too. This is very exciting for me as I have never had this and is on my to do list while achieving my overall goal of being 7%. Anyways, I am lifting heavy and adding in HIIT in the AM and PM. I am switching my cardio routines up so my body doesn't get too used to them, and same goes for my workouts roughly every month.
Thanks for all of the support everyone.
As a bonus, since I have been doing so much cardio, I thought I'd add some of what is currently on my playlist In case anyone is looking for more tunes to motivate them.
