good size for 19. need to start doing cardio. 30min 3-4 times a week and keep your diet clean, much easier to make lean gains and not worry about dieting hard to lose fat. cant really pick out what 'weak' parts you have, you just need to thicken up overall and be sure to train every bodypart the same. good luck
