current diet:

meal 1:
2 whole eggs
1.5 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
1 piece of fruit

meal 2:
10 oz chicken
1.5 cups brown rice

meal 3:
10oz chicken
1.5 cup brown rice
1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

meal 4 and 5:
same as meal 2

meal 6:
8 oz red meat
2 cups broccolli or bag of spinach
