So WTF do you guys do for work? Male escorts or Bouncers? hahahahaha
Vishus - you should try out the MelanotanII Peptide for tanning. I used very little 1x a week with 1x a week tanning and I turned dark as an East Indian! Then i went to mexico and totally blended in with the natives...except for the blonde hair... It would be a great base to work off of so yo don't get those weird glowing eyes and lips. Just a suggestion from one white boy to another....Nice boners too ;-)

lol!!! i wish i was a male escort! would get paid much more that way lol
i will be working at a distribtion center. im broke now so itll be nice makin 500$ a weekend
i have used melantoninII twice and it worked wonders, i dont have the money for that or tanning membership. will have to apply more coats of pro tan instead lol

If I was you at 4ish weeks out I would....
Definatly be looking at adding more cardio
Make sure your carbs are all around you training
Cycle ur carbs so they are very low when on a non-training day and moderate on training days...
Good luck tho bro

pretty much what ive been doing, except my carbs are low all days so far.
im not worried too much about it, its not like i planned this 16 weeks out, i started 10 weeks out and am happy where im at. next year ill be taking this much more serious because i will have a job and money to support my hobby.
i appreciate your input. you pretty much are spot on to that changes i made lol

Are your quads a natural strongpoint? Cause they are freaky big, very impressive. Agree with Fireguy, you have plenty of size (although I know it's hard to see the scale drop and clothes get loose), once you cut some more should be just right.

thank you for the compliment. and yes, my legs have always been stronger than anything else. i started squatting early when i started bodybuilding and always felt a euphoria when i could load up the bar and squat heavy heavy weight. i will continue to do so only so they can get bigger!
yeah this part sucks, hate feeling flat all the time. i feel like a little pvssy lol ill keep u guys updated on how things go

im late into this but i just gotta say ur quads really are outstanding. my critisisms would be i think your chest is a bit flat compared to the rest of you. u have big arms and delts and ur chest doesnt stand out that much to me, could be different in a most-muscular pose though. ye, ur hams dont have anything on your quads :P but i dont think ur back is that weak like u said. its pretty descent to me.
hopefully u'll be posting competition pics ye?!

I think that's the main reason I wouldn't want to compete. It would be tough psychologically for me to lose that much weight and size. I like being bigger even if I'm not quite as cut. AND the competition diet is brutal...I admire you guys for going through it, I definitely couldn't handle that diet.

thanks Kawi makes such a big difference when you have people who support you through all of this.
these last 3 weeks will be a challenge for me mentally. the physical portion of this prep was never a challenge, it was mostly psychological. this has nothing to do with food cravings, it more has to do with being awake til 2am some nights and thinking of why i am doing this and who will i become later in life. then only to be wide awake 3 hours later at 5am to get up and do cardio, only to think upon the subject more.
most of the time i think "what would it be like to be 'normal'?"....i think about that all the time....to be normal. i have a distinct thought that if i were to wake up 10 years from now and look like average joe i would more than likely take my own life.
to me i have never succesfully felt a sense of accomplishment until i began training for bodybuilding and placing good. that in itself is an accomplishment to me, purposely puttin myself through pain and mysery. testing my psyche and bending n twisting it to see how far i can go until it snaps.
i just hope that what im doing now in this sport will pay off in the future

It's never the training.....or food...its always psychological! Thats what seperates you from the rest!!!! If anyone can get through the last part of dieting for show has my utmost respect. Nobody will ever "get" how difficult it really is unless they've dieted for a competition.
Your doing what 99% WISH they could! Think of the end result...on stage......the self gratification of knowing what you did was successfull in your own terms (not judges)...will be all worth it and so addicting!

thats why i work out. i dont compet, but i like to see how far i can push and manipulate my body. we know how many tangible things work, but the human body we will never know 100%, but i intend to figure it out as much as possible.
regardless if it pays off in terms of money: it doesnt matter imo. you know how far you can push yourself and what stress you can tolerate, thus making life a little more easy.

LOL! oh yes, i would look damm sexy in those? when can u get em down to me?
thanks bro, i train my back a lot like ronnie and jay. a lot of rowing and use a lot of momentum to pull heavy weight
lol i know right? like i posted above, i always find a way to push myself past oblivion and only continue to find new ways to put myself through that much pain and then some, such a humbling experience in my opinion. would challange everyone to do so, go into the gym knowing your going to be in pain for an hour straight, and once you reach your threshold....train past it and continue to train until u can anymore. you should then feel success for the day
