Thats real good going to have made such massive gains in such a short time. I started training at 18 and didn't gain a f&*k1n ounce untill I was around 21. You've found what works for you and its paying off. Stick up some more pics at show time so I can hate you even more

haha thanks bro. yes i found my niche when i was still in high school. i was the only one who could train with such intensity and started to grow. i then focused on diet and blew up. i graduated at 230lbs and had a 455lb squat, 405lb bench, and 495lb deadlift (all done naturally). if you focus on your diet more than your training youll def grow like a weed!

i will probly post up pics 2morrow. will take some first thing in the AM to send to my coach, then post a few up here. i know im not that in shape, but you guys have to remember i am comig in MUCH larger than i did 2 years ago. im more focused on size than conditioning right now, not saying i dont care about conditioning,but keeping my size is my first priority for this show

my bad then, the only reason i got defensive is because whenever i train for a show i always go all out, plus i also stated previously that i did decide to do this show last minute, if i come up short then i wont regret it, i know i sholdve planned this out but i was dieting anyways for the summer n decided to jump in a show for the hell of it. the pics are somewhat deceiving. once i drop my test and sodium (use a lot in my meals now) i will dry up quickly.
