It varies some each time but for example my last back routine...
Wide grip pull ups (weighted)
Bent over barbell rows ( and I mean bent over!!!!! My back stays parallel to the floor!)
Bent over dumbbell rows ( again back stays down and I don't use a bench to prop a knee on, I grab the rack and hold myself up with the opposite arm)
Hammer strength ISO mid row
Close grip seated lat row(cable)
Machine pullovers
Good mornings or back extension ( I've neglected my lower back too much)
Everything is 10-12 reps
Always 4 sets each except pullovers which is FST-7
I'm always sure to really concentrate on keeping the natural curve in my lower back on everything!!!
On rowing movements always tuckin my elbows in as close to my body as possible and mentally picturing that I have ropes attaché to my elbows and someone is pulling on those ropes to minimized the involvement of my biceps.
Also avoid twisting on rows for example; bent over DB rows, people tend to twist and/or roll the involved shoulder back attempting to get the weight up (they are going to heavy) focusing on just my lat to pull my elbow back with both shoulders staying flat and parallel to the floor.
For me making a mind to muscle connection to my bak was the most difficult of them. I always keep in mind that I'm working back not back biceps an posterior delts (although may be secondary) So my weight is lighter then others but my development shows more due to making the preticular muscle do the work instead of "ya!!! I just did this an that with an ass load of weight duhhhhhhh!!!!! Even tho it was wrong in everyway!!! How many ppl were watching me!?!?!" (sorry had to vent lol)

20?
No way?
You look solid as a rock for sure. Maybe a bit more size on your arms.
