I just finished a first time 6 week Var cycle, nothing ever before that. Gains were alright. That was 4 weeks ago. I feel great and training is going well

5'9 170lbs 32yrs old. Not sure BFP.

Thanks for the pics, You are looking good my man, but What made you decide to use Anavar only? We always promote using a Test Base when on, on this site.
Also @ 5'9" you can maintain about 200-210 lbs naturally. Keep it up, but I reccomend you put on about 20 more lbs naturally before cycling again.

What does your diet look like?
