Probably not worthy of anupdate but this is 6 days in with no beer and no cheat meals
Im already feeling the difference, in mood and my jeans are slightly loose, dropped a couple lbs on the scales as well.
Mainly noticed slight improvements around the torso and shoulder definition.
Cant wait to get these legs bulked up as well, i smashed them on the weekend and im still suffering with DOMS 4 days on
Look forward to the next 5 weeks, will post a weekly pic here

I see the difference. It's incredible what just cleaning up ones diet can do. Stick with it and enjoy the rewards.

Couple of pics guys, slowly but surely dropping BF, feel more energetic and healthy, this is 8 days no booze, had 1 cheat meal in this time, which was a chinese takeout with the family consisting of egg fried rice, and chicken/prawn curry.
I will try to get comparison pics as the previous one in the same room and same light with just my boxer shorts on for better comparison but heres a few snaps i took at weekend

looks like i got lopsided abs lol
Ive felt around my abs and i have an 8 pack which i was happy to find out, now just got to reveal it!
Im also in general, starting to feel slightly more fexible in day to day life and workouts. Im down about 3-4lbs, still feel big and presence is still there, fill my shirts etc.
Hoping to drop another 6 or so lbs in the next few weeks

I'll take pics once a wk - but I won't post em up until I compare them as you'll find that by maybe doing a progress pic every couple wks instead of EOD(j/k) you'll see and we'll see if there is a difference...
I know it's tough and you want everyone to notice right away but give yourself a chance to show progress! Still take them daily if you want but then compare - if you can see a difference than so shall we
Try cutting your BF lower than 15% in these next 2 wks(or longer) to get the most out of your cycle!

^^^ intensity is the key! I've still not added cardio in on this bulk - but I'm starting to lean out more now anyway... I'll always say it's the super high intensity we work with in HIT... And if I want to shed some BF I'll do what BG said and add cardio and still try and up my intensity via HIT'ing!
