1 month later down from 88 to 82kg.Working with a PT now. What do you guys think i should do(considering i'm still a fat skinny-fat guy)?Should I maintain and try to build muscle?Or should i keep cutting and if so un untill what kg/bf?Or should i bulk(probably worst one).My goal for now is to get to 80-85kg 10% bf as fast as possible.(hopefully 4 years max since ill want to compete). My biggest goal however is to get to 100+ kg with future aas use.I don't mind staying at my weight and if bulk would preffer not more than 85kg,90 being the max.
My workouts are 3 days a week weight training(this shit is harder then what i use to do with 5-6 days a week),3-4 days a week cardio+abs.

In my non professional worthless opinion, in my circle of fitness, we have started how you have, by getting lean first. You may be surprised what muscle can be hidden under there. Bulking when you are not lean just makes you look bigger, and not always in a good way. Seem to hold way more water and bloat. Keep doing what you are doing man, keep up the great work. Get lean and in the best shape you can, and then add the AAS. There is no substitute for hard work and good diet. good luck , keep us informed!

Thanks for the input man, i wasn't considering aas use as i already made the smart and informed decision to wait untill 25 (or later if i didn't maximize my natty gains) but just stated i will use it then.Waiting for more info from other users but yea getting to at least 15% bf at least seems like the best option.Might try the carb cycling because it seems i'm losing a lot of muscle alongside fat with my current diet.

What does your diet look like? That's the most important thing. Depending on your goals, I'd rather do a clean bulk, try to add some size with out adding fat, if it were me. If you can accomplish that, it will make your bf go down, even if you dont lose any fat. But that's just me, being leaner may be more important to you than being bigger

No dude, I’m serious you put in a lot of work and you’re body has changed a lot more than you think. I would never put anyone down on here that is trying. We all have different body’s and looks. Lord knows I’ve struggled with my belly fat for a time. It’s really a you vs you. Be the best version of yourself.

Good job man. Is the gyno on the side we can't see? I didn't notice it or is it there and you just can't see it?

Hey guys quick update i.m 103 kg fat af dirty bulking.I'm not interested in bb anymore(i do want to look good just not as a bb).And i got into powerlifting. My lifts after 1 year and 3 months of gym(only 6-8 months serious) are squat:145kgsx1,deadlift:175kgsx1,bench:135kg.The reason for my squat and dead being so low is that i didn't really do.them.Didn't deadlift at all just started 2 months ago and i got from a 145 kg not fully locked to a 175 with decent form.I will stop the bulk once i reach 200kg squat,250-300 deadlift and.160kg bench.I reckon i will be 120kg if not more that that by the time i reach them.numbers.This was supposed to be a quick update and turned into a novel so i'll stop here.I will post more updates once i get to the lifts i said.Again ty for the support!

Powerlifting is a ton of fun. it's one of the best things a BB-er can do early in their career imho. Learn the basic lifts and develop strength which will help you greatly in anything you do. Especially if you switch back to BB'ing in the future.

Yes i know!I love the intensity. But tbh i never really liked bb it just felt forced for me and imho i think genetics play a huge role there(at least bigger than powerlifting) and i don't think i can do well with mine. But imo i think in powerlifting hard work>genetics.
