Diet as of yesterday
Breakfast- coffee,coffee
Lunch- lamb shank mashed potato and sundried tomato sauce
Dinner- bbq chicken
Inbetweens- half bag of red licorice, chocolate covered peanuts, sour lollies
Now tell me thats not good....

Chest and tris tonight went easy having a bit of trouble with my left shoulder really couldnt go any heavier than 70kgs on incline bench.
Eating was pretty good today except for about 20mins ago chocolate ice cream with caramel and a donut

Cut out the crap food this week and been fasting for about 7hrs a day not really following a diet but its alot better then what it has been, already booked a tanning session ill be submitting final pics!

So for sh!ts and giggles today i worked out my maintence calories = 2418 and what i have been taking in = 1418 roughly a 1000cal deficit i knew i wasnt eating much but really didnt expect that, i was around 65-66kgs when this comp started i ate over maintence for the first 4 weeks ill check the scales tomorrow and see where im at.
