    Hello all.

    Thought I'd join and increase ones knowledge.

    A bit of background information about me:

    I've been training naturally for about sixteen years. I'm 5' 8" and 250 Lbs with a body fat percentage of 17. This is going to change! I'm currently dropping my calories and increasing my cardio to drop my BF to about 10%. Once I've reached this target I'm going to start juicing. I'm getting on a bit now (32) and I think it's time to stop 'bulking' and get some definition and shape. I hope to learn lots from the information and people here. Ta!

    damn, 5 foot 8 at 250lbs with only 17%bf....you have got to be huge already...well congrats on joining....read read read, good luck on your quest to cut

    Welcome. Nice stats mate. I bet you will look great after your cut. It's refreshing to hear someone who has goals before AS rather than just jumping str8 in. Good luck cutting. Keep a log so we can all see your progress.
