    Need Help

    I am a 34 year old male about 200 pounds and I would like to gain mass and of course get cut, I have not taken anything yet, but would like to know what to do, I am completely unknowledgeable in this area. If I could please have any help that anyone could give me!!

    welcome newbe1275, start with the diet section and read all the stickys like D7M said, you should spend around 2-3 months reading before considering any gear. watch Milos videos in the diet section, its a must. here are the two most important threads in my opinion, start with these then read the rest,
