    hi everyone

    Hi guys, just a new guy checking in. The thing is, I am a beginner in the world of fitness as a whole so I am not considering steroids for now. Can this forum be used for non steroids questions referring to bodybuilding and nutrition. I just dont want to waste people's time by doing so, but if it is okay then rock on ! Thanks
