My advice mate is to not think in terms of short cuts. You'll need more than to cut the beer and bread.
Suggest heading over to the nutrition section and educate yourself on what a proper diet is. Then suggest some light cardio, like a walk around the park an hour a night. Once you get a month or two of the light cardio, upgrade that to a jog/walk and then hitting the gym for some mild strength training.
Clen is extremely rough on the body. It affects your mood, agitation levels, heart rate, blood pressure. Probably not a good thing for an older bull to start off with.
At this age, be the turtle, and remember....

i'm 52.. been in this game a while now.. don't do clen ... it's that simple..
the best thing you can do is eat eat eat.. learn to eat differently and healthy, the weight will come off and the strength / stamina will be there for you...
find an eating program that you can live with.. the pedio diet, or Mediterranean especially for your age is what i'd recommend and one that i'm following to good effect..

I agree with others about clen , it is used pre-contest for BB's primarily to stimulate the body to cut the last few pounds of fat only and not as a wholesale fat reducer. The side effects are notorious but short lived as it becomes much less effective within a short period of time also. I see you also referred to winstrol , again not designed for people that are not experienced and into bodybuilding, this also is a last 60 day approach to killing of a few pounds only and keeping your hard earned muscle while dieting. As everyone else stated - learn how to diet and your best method to lose fat on a permanent basis is to gain muscle rather than doing just cardio as this metabolizes fat at a much higher rate for a much longer term.
