    Fat or water retention?

    Started my slow bulk many months ago. I went from 185 roughly 13% to 193 currently unsure of BF now. I don’t want to continue to bulk if I’ve misshapenly added a bunch of fat. Rough estimate on current % would be appreciated.

    I don’t wanna be thin lol. I have the hardest time in the world putting LBM on no matter what compounds I run. Damn tall long thin boned shit genetics.

    Do a BMI. Remove the doubt. The bare feet BMI scale is free at any clinic that has it during a check up.

    Do a DEXA scan or under water dunking method. If you have some who knows what their doing, calipers too.
