6-17-02, heavy deadlifts...And it felt good and easy.
Well I didnt expect to go over 545 today. I was thinking today was gonna be a shitty day. Well it didnt turn out that way, here is how it went.
Deadlifts

605-1x3 (its not my best but after not pulling in 2 weeks and doing a meet I wont complain)

Front Pulldowns
Barbell Rows
T-Bars Rows
DB Rows
Close Grip Pulldowns
DB Shrugs.
