Well considering I'm about to relocate for the fourth time this year (its a uni / job thing) training is ok. I'm just hoping that I can find a decent gym at my new home so that I can take a good run at some PR's.
BTW, the bench program that you sent me a while back was responsible for about a 40lb gain on my bench in 6-7 weeks......although Irishpower from elite takes some of the responsibility for insisting I eat more lol.

Hey bro thanks for coming.
While your here check some of their other boards, there are really some experinced bro's here. I am very glad to have found this place. Actually Juice JUnkie turned me on to it here. Any questions you got about supplements i knwo alot of guys on the boards can answer but i knwo for a fact from knowing him personally that Juice Junkie is smart as hell with Bodybuilding things. Just thought i would throw that out there for everyone new here.

I have competed in over 80 Powerlifting competitions since 1995. I have won National & state titles in more than 7 different federations. My max bench press is 510lbs @ body weight of 210lbs. I'm ranked in 1997,1999,2000,2001,2002, & future issue in 2003 of Powerlifting USA Top 100 Bench press list. I use Inzer single-ply poly & denim too.

I guess I will do the intro too. I started powerlifting in Aug 99'. I stopped in may 00' and just started training again in Feb 02' just doing bench, but hope to start squatting an DLing again. I have competed in one full meet and went 534-336-524. My best lifts in the gym have been 665-440-660. My goal is total elite in the 275's (or 242's).
