I can honestly say this has helped me alot, I will admit that it is sooo easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to dietary approach and these videos really helped me get out of that rut.
I now keep carbs high on workout and non-workout days and am just seeing amazing results, not only looking full instead of flat but mentally I am in a better state of mind for my workouts.
I am going to watch these again and again.***No source checks!!!***

This thread is absolutely amazing. I've built my diet off of this. Most information I've ever gotten out of a thread / book / online video in reference to dieting and training.
Thanks for the post / stickie.

Depends, how many pounds of "Muscle" do you think you have? Somewhere between 40 and 60 for a good sized bodybuilder. All else is bone, organs and tendons. 50lbs X 69kcals= 3450Kcals/day Add in TEF and Brain Glycogen and it sounds about right. What I want is a formula that calculates muscle mass v. lean mass.
