I got this from a bodybuilder but I couldn;t wait to post this on here. this is by far the best thing I had made and the best tasting I have had. HEALTHY AS HELL.

Best part about it 2 packages of turkey meat and I get like 10-12 meals out of it!!! Eating it now!!

2 packages of turkey meat
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups tomato paste
6 egg whites
and then it calls for lemon pepper seasoning 2 tbl spoons
2 tbl spoons of garlic powder

THIS IS BANGING!!! I made 2 loafs and there was plenty and my GF who hates most of my plain foods loved it too.

350 degrees for about 45 mins, he said 20-30 but mine were big so they took longer
