    Been making this shake for breakfast lately, tastes amazing!!
    40p/35c/25f% 850 cals
    80g protein
    70g carbs
    22g fats

    1scoop strawberry/cream myofushion
    1cup egg whites (golden eggs edge added whey)
    1 serve 20g organic natural peanutbutter
    1 serve 50g frozen mixed berries
    100g natural oats
    1cut of water for consistency

    My warriors shake:
    1can tuna
    2 eggs
    1 scoop whey protein
    2 cups water
    A hint of tobasco

    Yours sounds far better lol

    Perrrrfect!!
    Are u sure it's only 40g of protein?? This is exact same as mine pretty much, except I have more oats, add another scoop of protein, no berries, and I have half milk, best breaky

    Nah not 40 grams that's the percentage macro split 40% protein, sorry made that confusing.

    Grams =
    protein 80g
    Carbs 70g
    Fats 22g

    Too much fat for me personally, especially with 70g of carbs already. My shake:

    1 cup water (or almond milk, etc.)
    1/2 scoop ON Casein Chocolate
    1/2 scoop ON Pro Complex Vanilla (chocolate is good too, but I like the mix of flavors)
    1/2 cup oats
    1tsp of instant coffee (I suggest Foldgers)
    splenda, to taste (I use about 7 packets - yea, I like it sweet!)
    1/2 cup 1% milkfat, no salt added cottage cheese
    1 cup crushed ice
    1tbsp 100% natural unsweetened cocoa powder (use cacao powder if you can get it)
    'splash' of fat free half and half (about 2tbsp)

    Blend and enjoy. Provides roughly:

    40g protein
    35g carbs
    5g fat

    For a protein boost, add 100% liquid egg whites
    For a bit more fat (and taste/texture), add a tbsp of chunky style natty PB (I prefer Smucker's)
