oatmeal/protein pancakes
5 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2tbs pancake mix
1 pack of sweetner
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Put all of above ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds
These don't cook like normal pancakes, bottom cooks a lot faster than the top, they can be hard to flip sometimes. The trick is to cook them a little slower than normal. For topping, use either low sugar fruit preserves or low calorie syrup. A much healthier alternative to regular pancakes with a lot more protein. Makes 2 large pancakes.

I use this recipe
3 egg whites
1/3 c oats
1/3 c cottage cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
blend and cook like pancake and top with sf jam and natty pb

I make pretty much the same thing:
-250ml of egg whites
-1 cup oatmeal
-1/2 serving of protein powder
-some sugar twin
-and if I'm not dieting... I add a handfull of chocolate almonds... It really adds to the taste
I've been eating these every morning religiously for the last year.
