What was BP? 170 is probably close to 90% of max heart rate.
Were you taking T3, or any stimulants?

BP was 156/91 doctor wasn't concerned concidering I was literally panicking because I thought I was going to die. I check my BP periodically and the highest I have seen recently was 135/80 other than that it's been good. No T3 and I usually have around 500mg caffeine a day. The doctor thinks some of it was from anxiety when I first noticed something was up my HR was 130 bpm then was 170 in the ambulance, then came back down to the 130s after I relaxed a bit.

I would schedule an appointment with a cardiologist in your area to rule out anything serious such as AFib.

I had the same exact thing happen. It was panic attacks, but through going to the dr. I found out I had a slight mitral valve prolapse. The doctor wasn’t concerned. Spent a year thinking I’m gonna die. Panic attacks every day. Stopped lifting. Was horrible. Took 4 years to get back to myself from what was probably in my head. I felt my heart skipping beats all the time. When I stopped thinking about it and worrying, it went away.

I'm thinking it was more of a panic attack and the low magnesium wasn't helping. I'm prone to making things worse because I worry about them. Everything has been fine so far BB was 123/75 and HR 57 when I woke up this morning. Going to try and get a light workout in and see how things go.

EKG is just the basics. My EKG'S were fine from my family doctor and I ended up finding out I had a heart condition once I seen a cardiologist.
