    intersting . I'll have to see if that works..

    I usually do the opposite, I have oxygen on hand next to my bed and use that.. even have an oxygen machine in my room that I use when anxiety gets too bad where I can't sleep

    you are saying just the opposite,, to lower O2 and instead get in more Co2 ?

    Yeah I was told to do this by a dr when I had panic attacks/hyperventilated. If you think about it, hyper means to increase, and ventilate refers to air flow. She said basically that when we panic we tend to breathe quicker and more shallow, taking too much oxygen. The opposite would be slow deep breathes where you exhale slowly. It kind of does the same thing as breathing into a bag, but doesn’t work as well. For me the bag works great.
