    its something you can take on a 'as needed' basis.. if you find your heart is pacing and anxiety is kicking in, you can just pop 25mg and it will help you calm down.
    if you normally have a really low heart rate, then you likely wouldn't need to take it daily..

    I take it daily,, but I had chronic high elevated heart rate, on or off gear.

    another thing it alters is your cardio heart rate .. before I started taking it I would do the treadmill at 4 incline and 4 speed and that would get my heart rate up to around 125 bpm .. but now that same speed and pace only gets my heart rate to 100 bpm.
    I don't know if thats good or bad,, but cardio is pretty easy breezy for me. maybe its bad for overall fat loss, but I rarely get out of breath or struggle with cardio and high heart rate

    Atenolol or Propranolol , have you tried both? which would you recommend
