Creatine + BCAA + Glutamine time & dosing!
Hello!
I am planning to use
- Creapure Creatine Monohydrate Powder (Prolab) 3-4g + 3-4g
- BCAA+G (MRM) 5g + 5g
So knowing that creatine is best pre + post workout
and
BCAA is also used pre + post workout
but since BCAA contains Glutamine and some says Glutamin is ok with Creatine and some not!
So how do u suggest to take them?
I am old member and training for years but i stopped everything for 2 years and now am back..
I am currently 27yrs & 148 lb

Take it how you suggested. Some pre-workout, some post-workout. On non training days take some creatine/l-glutamine in the AM and l-glutamine just before bed (5-10g).

I have a question im going to take deca and want to know what kind of test should i take with it? And what can i take for pct. This is first cycle.
