    Creatine Monohydrate bloats and hides your abs?

    Please tell me this is 100% false like I believe now.. Some of my "knowledgeable" friends swear that creatine monohydrate will stop my abs from fully appearing.. ????

    creatine monohydrate can cause water retention which can make you look softer than normal but this effect is temporary

    dont use more than 6grams a day and dont load.
    Layne norton is on Creatine year round including contest so dont trip just dont take in 20gram a day
