    ECA Stack

If I followed the dosages from hotnfit, when and/or how much aspirin should I take along with it? Should I do any cardio to maximize fat-loss? Would going into the sauna be risky?

Welp, I bought all three and can safely say that I tried it with the Aspirin about two hours ago. So far, my hands are trembling some. Just YouTube search: ECA stack, and watch a couple videos on it. There isn't a 100% accurate way to do this, it differs for everyone. I just took a 200mg C, 25mg E, and an Aspirin. So far so good!

90% of the articles I've read have said that aspirin is not only useless but dangerous as well. But other still swear by it.

Much better stacks can be used. Yes cardio will help, why wouldn't it? Yes you need aspirin, that's why they call it a ecA stack.

Again, it all depends. Some people don't like the A because it screws with your stomach, others say it damages the liver. Anything is dangerous if taken in large doses, so as long as you don't do anything stupid you should be fine. I would suggest trying both maybe. So far mine has treated me well, even though today is my first day

Wouldn't you want to use enteric coated asprin? The coating allows for digestion to begin past the stomach and only in the bowels/rectum. Now that doesn't mean shove it up your hoop just so we are clear

Enteric coating is because asprin will damage your stomach. Some people need to take asprin daily and if they didn't have enteric coating the stomach wouldnt last. Ulcers and other problems would be a guarentee

Would one daily also help battle blood thickening from aas. Not sure of the term (hemo-something-or-other) but often contemplate adding one per day to my uocoming cycle.

Nope. But it will help blood flow better when you have a phlebotomy - I'm working on something that I think will help, but it's going to be a while.

Yes, correct. Better to do double RBC. Since RBC excess is the cause.

Aspirin is not necessary in any damn way.

I ran a EC stack just fine without aspirin.

Not that harmful, just not necessary.

Should I take the stack 1 week on, 1 week off? I heard somewhere that your body gets used to it and it becomes less effective over time if you just take it every day.

So has long term daily aspirin intake been shown to be dangerous in healthy adults ever?

Yes. Unless it is enteric coated asprin which doesn't have the same negative side effects

I guess I'll just add enteric baby aspirin to my EC for the hell of it then since there's minimal risk with adding it.
