    What is up, ho' dogs?

    I am still around, just been super busy.

    Good short squat workout on Tuesday, bench workout on Wednesday, running intervals on Thursday, and some Friday bed room fun with The Wife that my fitbit says qualifies as "moderate / intense activity" and got me 45 zone minutes... Gentlemen, and I guess ladies, too, this is how we help sell "intimate actvities, in bed" with the SO. It is not only feels good, is good for the relationship, but is cardio and heart protective!

    Who's looking out for you? That's right, this guy!

    Saturday back day!

    Deadlifts to start, a little more than just warming up. 2x6 easy'ish work sets.

    3x10 barbell rows, kept it light to get the feel, and it worked.

    3x12 hip thrusts.

    Smith machine calf raises off a block, 4x20 or so. Great googly boogly, man, that pumps them bitches up!

    Did some sort of leaning back squats in the smith, 3x8. This lights up the outer quads like a beast.

    3x6-8 pullups, feeling it in the lats.

    2x10 light dumbbell rows.

    That was it for weights. Hit the sauna for about 10 minutes, then shower, dip in the pool, and shower.

    Slept good last night!

    Sunday shoulder day

    Over head press, 2x5, 1x12 work sets

    Skull crushers, 2x15 super setted with 2x12 dumbbell curls.

    Dumbbell laterals, 1x12 light, 2x8

    3x12 shrugs with the farmers walk handles. Speaking of, gotta get farmers walks back in the rotation.

    No more weights. I did do the tire hammer slam ball thing. 6 90 second rounds with 30 seconds between each round.

    Mile and a half walk to wrap the day.

    BTW, I've been doing 100 test p 50 NPP as "TRT" for a few weeks. NPP doesn’t bring the vascularity like mast does obviously, but it rouunds out the muscles and makes these old joints feel better. I know that is a small dose, but my knees and ankles aren't crunchy anymore so I'll take it.

    Im going to switch to 100mg test c 100mg masteron e and keep the 50mg NPP for a little bit of fun. Probably going to run that through the end of the year, we will see.

    Wednesday sort of easy squat day

    Barbell squats, 4x8-10

    Landmine rows, 4x10

    Landmine squats, 3x8

    Landmine calf raises, 3x20

    Leg curls and extensions 2x10-12 each

    Alright my fellow f*ck nuts, I've been around, just not posting here. Seems like the site MIGHT be back up, and maybe sending some folks over here for all the enclomiphene info they want will get us some traffic.

    Anyhow, I've been getting in some good workouts. This wraps the 5th of 5 weeks, and I needed the time off. Seriously, like today was just dumbbell shoulder presses and... actually, that might have been it. I'm traveling for Thanksgiving (why?? why the f*ck do we travel Thanksgiving week??) so I wanted to stretch it to 5 weeks instead of 4 so I could chill (sort of) T-giving week.

    Where is everybody?

    I'm still here, and now it looks like the site is fairly well back up again (or at least it hasn't been down in the past couple of days that I have tried to get to it). So, I'm going to get back to posting on the regular, assuming everything stays functional.

    BTW, this arrived the other day. I blame everyone except myself for any fuckery that may commence

    EDIT: any urls on the box are not sources, just informational. I keep forgetting to mention this, hopefully AlmostGone / Admin will forgive me
    EDIT 2: They are probably going to chase me around with a cattle prod, but eh, lets see what THAT buzz is like!
