Thank u fellas. Work has been brutal havent got much training in only two sessions this week.
Not hurting nearly as bad these days its really nice.
Had to drop my 100mg dose of tren after about 3-4 weeks. Its definitely a super nice kick along side trt to give you that extra aggression and strength in the gym. Health is more important these days tho

Took 3 days off from work and it has been nice. Gym has a new hack sqaut machine. For some reason this one is much harder to do than a regular one i see two massive guys struggling with 3 plates one could be an ifbb pro if he wanted his genetics are just freaky good. So yeah, im gonna try it out today, see how it is. I may band it bc of my knee pain fear
Hit some dead lifts Saturday its been 6 months. I could tell too, went up to 455 for a set and that shit was no cake walk. It took some work. I didnt want to go 500 since it had been so long. Back felt good and worked. Doing some static holds as well. With all the overtime this year my nutrition is suffering but doing the best i can

That leg workout was brutal. Had trouble for a couple days. Anytime i raised my right leg i had to grab it with my arm and lift it up. Insane doms.
Just basically showed up today hit some chest and side lats

I had a good pump. A real good pump. Looked alot wider I thought than the pic depicts. I know I did. Just the camera took some width away always does with tall guys.
Did some arms and delts. Got asked by a random black dude “what was I taken”…just another one of those that think its just gear and everyone looks like ifbb pro that does gear. Like im really gonna tell you what im takin in front of this gym full of people and incriminate myself. Sheesh.

Well Kel, some guys swear you need the monstrous weight and others say you dont. From my experience generally with high intensity levels you need a heavier weight to crush that muscle break it down and make it completly trash to failure and beyond. Ive done both, good and bad to both. It seems to me, as time progresses the heavier weight takes more toll on me than moderate. Hard to say…
Main thing, “pussy weights” as you call them, are in fact better than no weights. I do believe Ill say.
I do tend to always pyramid up in weight until the final working set. Ive been trainin a while but still struggle to find the right “balance” meaning that picking the right weight ..not to heavy not to light. Still trying to achieve such mastery

Never ending battle isn't it? I'm just having to reevaluate things due to constantly having to get knee injections so I'm trying to stay lighter and do higher reps, less rest, etc. Probably no higher than 315 for squats anymore and a shorter range of motion. Whatever works to keep me in the game, dammit!

Well cant upload a pic for some reason….
Did some chest today. Decent pump. Good strength today as well. Hit 445 for a single, form was bad at the end of the lift but made it. Not bad considering i dont train for strength anymore. Really need some legs and back, work has really had me tired…be several days since ive trained

Having some serious headaches the past three weeks has me concerned the only thing i have changed is adding 5 mg cialis daily to my supp protocol so other than pretty severe headaches at times i feel good no injuiries really at the moment thankfully
