Definitely strange for sure only thing I can see happening is I just donated too frequently. Pull bloods next time and see if everything back to normal.
My biggest fear is having low iron and high hemoglobin/hemocrit. Would have to have an infusion then but hopefully not the issue
Back training went fairly well didnt get the pump I was after but thats normal considering I trained mid day vs evening. Not enough food

Chest training
Barbell bench 3 warmers and 1 working 405x6. I do not go to failure on these but just before failure. I notice I injure myself on flat bench if I go to failure for some reason so I have stopped and i am making progress being healthy again
Incline smith. Light weight slow negatives 4 sets 225x12
Hammer machine chest press 1 platex20 2 plates x15
I set cable flies x20
Damn i feel stronger than ever on bench I pray it holds.
Started a blast today
Tren A 50mg
Eq 200mg
Test c 100 mg
3x per week
Dianabol 20mg daily on training days/10 off days
Mk677 25mg daily
So, a little over a gram a week. Which is a big cycle for me as im very conservative with my gear use. If its more then i can handle i can always drop dose

Preciate that big man upper body is anyway. Ive gotten more serious about training this year. Diet has honestly been a flat line with maybe a few more calories. Trying to bring that lower end up now they just dont respond like arms. Got a leg day tomorrow night after work well see what happens
All the years I neglected certain body parts in my 20s is hurting me now. Live and learn. Im gonna keep pushing

Started 1800mg of nac today
Right elbow is aggravated from yesterdays squats something about that position really fucks it up. So now im dealing with that shit. Today is back and arms but it will be light day bc of this elbow pain

Yes usually that radialis will. I think the squats and some back work contribute to that o where as the tenderness near the tricep insertion i believe to be tricep work and presses.
Strange bc the squats aggravate it more than anything else i have hard time squatting getting the bar set and for some reason probably due to lack of stretching i have hardly any mobility in the delts. Very hard to grip the bar squatting it would be nice to have the squat rack a foot wider so with that said my elbow is in a bind and this is one thing im sure that contributes to that radialis pain.
Flare ups happen. Today it is fine.
Thursday was delts back and arms
Smith behind neck press 4 sets worked up to 205x10 surprisingly hard sets . Not used to that felt weak
Supersetted those with lat pull downs 3 sets
Lateral raise dumbell and cables
Did an arm burn out at the end. Biceps just werent firing i took the 15 pound dumbells and hammer curled them about 40 reps and could not continue i got them 90 reps on tricep extensions second round i think i got 60 or 70 idk but arms pumped nicely and paired well with oumped delts.
Friday didnt have alot of gas in the tank lack of sleep from tren needed some rest time
6 sets of 225 10 reps each on flat bench
2 sets pec deck moderate weight high rep squeezes
2 sets calf raises standing
All i could muster today will be resting a day or two

Took my bp just now surprisingly 121/74 must have been the 40 mg viagara that helped bc i was actually a little irritated when i took it
Took a rest day today and trying to get this 7th meal in is a mother fvcker man

Rested Saturday
Sunday did basically a powerlift workout for chest. Ended up benching 480 but ive never had this spotter before and he was a little nervous i guess. Hit the rack hook with my right arm and he touched the bar as i was pressing it up oh well.
Monday
Hardest arm workout i ever did.
Warm up 15 lb dumbell hammers. 60 repsx3 skull crushers 100 repsx3
Rope pressdown 40 reps 50lb each armx2
Used 50lbs or 60
Reverse rope press down 40 reps eachx2
Supersetted with preacher bench this is what really got the biceps lost count on reps 15-20
I could not touch my head with my arms after this workout
Did some lunges in the driveway today missed the gym just have been exhausted from the shifts and pushed food all weekend. Definitely did not hit the calories today

I used to have this exact issue. Was driving me crazy. Went to a physical therapist, did some deep tissue work and said, “If never want to see me again do the following stretches”. Do this, or a small variation of it, and he was right, I never went back. Probably better videos than this one but gives the general idea.

Fuck, lower back is fucked. Pumped from just sitting , only relief is lying flat on back. Don’t normally do deadlifts but just wanted to get it out of my system.

135 for a few 225 for a few 315 for 5 405 1 and 470 for 1 which moved insanely fast should have done more but saved it

Well i dont mind being humbled and say today was the first time in hmm possibly ever I did fronts on the smith. Definitely humbling experience I think if i go any heavier than 2 plates im gonna use a towel or something to lay on my delts I couldn’t find a comfortable spot to put the bar.
Did not got out of today what I wanted, just have not ate enough food. Will do legs again sunday night unless something comes up.

Hit 5 plates on bench last night. Not a perfect lift but one the less completed.
After that single I dropped to 315 and felt something wrong in my left pectoral and shoulder area. I racked it after 5 reps.
Will rest it awhile. Also my right wrist took some damage but its fine today
Gonna hit legs tonight back tomorrow and take a mini vacay.

Damn that's impressive. That said, sounds like that was a warning shot across the bow to be honest. Time to scale back for something serious occurs. I'm still recovering from a very minor pec strain from several months ago. Still using baby weight. Mine felt like spasms when it occurred. Ortho confirmed a minor strain/tear.

Oh yeah definitely a warning sign, unfortunately. Sucks too when im on a roll. This is the third time ive had an issue. First time was a couple yrs ago with 365 right pec kinda separated from upper to lower and felt very wierd I recovered that one easily ive had it happen in my lat too usually 3 weeks everything is good. I plan to deload now. For a while until it feels normal again
As the weight increases more fear goes thru me I’ve decided to stop at 500 if i ever hit.

Ole cuz just didnt have it in him yesterday tried to do legs with squats and I couldn’t get my shoulders and arms behind the damn bar. Was too tight and sore. Did some calf work and just said to hell with it
Took a few days off i look flatter and probably lost a few lbs but oh well i mean hell I cant go 100 percent all the damn time lets be real this isnt my career just a lifestyle
Grilling alot of food today might train tomorrow unsure yet

Havent squatted in awhile due to insane back pumps… with that said squats last night went good other than right knee cap felt like it tore. I felt really strong. Probably due to four weeks on tren So i got cocky and speed repped 315. I felt it. Massaged it and it was very tender
Put wraps and did a set of 405 and 425.
Hopefully this isnt a setback bc i have a PL meet in august. If it is, ill just have to do bench only unless something changes.
Really sucks ass if I had just went slow and controlled the reps id be fine. Sob…
Meal one ive increased carbs
Cup and half raw oats - 450 cal
8 oz milk 150 c
8 oz egg white 150
Scoop protein-120 c
Out of bananas I usually eat one for meal one
Overslept today so wont be get all the meals in unfortunately

Chest went well
Flat press- 135x alot
225x6 or8
315 x3 long pauses
405x6 touch and goes. Feeling really good here about these numbers I did 5 rather quickly, lost count and asked spotter how many I had, and got another good rep.
Went to a decline, have not done decline in 8-10 yrs probably and when i did today it felt weird like it aggravated my injury so i stayed with two plates only and did some slow reps about 15 each for two sets
Hammer flat press 1 plate 2 plates 3 plates for 12 then 3 plates for 8 drop set to 2 plates for 10 and then dropset to 1 plate for 12-15
1 set pec dec with lightweight 130lbs
Did some joint work with rope and cables
Hammer rope curl couple sets of 50 rep with 80lbs
Couple sets tricep press with rope lost count on reps alot tho and had to really focus bc the burn was insane
Gotta say chest is my favorite day right now
Might try some back tomorrow

Back went well also 495 felt very good could have easily hit a rep pr but saved the energy
Squats went well last night hit 445 for 2 just dont know if i hit depth. Back was pumped pretty bad so didnt want to push it. Im gonna have to drop a warm up set I believe in order to relieve the back pumps some. Knee held up ok.
Gonna try and get some blood work done today from my doc
