Is this overtraining?
I understand that your muscles need time to regrow and you should only hit them like once a week, which is what i normally do. My question is this though, I like to do push ups before bed to keep my chest stretched and loose. Would that be considered over training chest If I am training chest hard once a week and doing push ups at night?
