300 Workout! Killer
Heard about this 300 workout so me and my mate gave it a go today. My time was 15min 27secs and his 18mins 45secs i was dying after and took about 20mins to recover are these good times? were looking to do it once a week on a sunday whilst also doing are normal workouts 3-4 times a week you guys have any views if this is good to do once a week?
