    Show me the light!!!!!AR members

    Hello I've been lurking on this site for months trying to figure out how to change my body and finally decided that I needed to hear many of your advice about my dilemma
    Im 20 years old Male
    Weight 170
    Height 5'10
    Been working out for 4 years, made the mistake to use sus,dbol ,and tes at 18 grew from 160-190 then over the last two years slowly declining to 170.I know now I wasn't even close to being ready and regret using. Since the last two months when I found AR I have been working on my diet and have changed my workout up 100%, the problem is I haven't changed my body I still feel as Im shrinking.
    My split is
    MON:Chest&Triceps
    TUES:Legs
    WEDS:Shoulders&Biceps
    THURS:OFF
    FRI:BACK
    SAT:OFF
    SUN:OFF
    Im turing 21 in November and I keep setting goals for growth but fail to achieve them, I know this is not an easy road but I'm ready for a change and I would ideally like to be 195 with under 10%bf by next year at this time. Can any of you recommend a way to achieve this.

    how i found this site is threw this diet
    So you wanna learn how to Diet?
    my current diet

    Breakfast: 6eggs 2yolk,slice of turkey breast 1 wheat english muffin, my own mccmuffin yogurt
    2hrs later: whey protein
    mid lunch: ckn breast or salmon with salad
    2hrs
    before workout: mac & cheese with tuna or salmon with brown rice
    after workout: whey protein
    2hrs: ckn breast with salad or tilapia with greens
    before bed:why protein
