I started 5/3/1 before my cycle and was curious if anyone else is on it... I was on it about 5 months before; and if anyone else is, how much accessory are you throwing in? As this is my first cycle I find myself doing a LOT accessory compared to what I used to do because I feel like an animal... curious to see if anyone else is similar; I am also throwing 4+ reps on my maxout sets right now.

bench 3-4x10
DB bench 3x8-10
french press 3x10-15
crushers 3x8
pullovers 3x12
