2 week shredding program
I've got two weeks that I'd like to really use to the max. Goal being drop body fat 1 and preserve as much muscle 2.
Would like opinions on which route to take.
2 hours cardio / day
1 hour in the morning fasted and 1 hour at night
But where would the weight session go?
Or 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning and weights in evening on Monday Wednesday Friday Sunday with off days doing hiit sessions at night.
Weight sessions will be high reps w/30 second rest periods moderate intensity.

why dont you look at more realistic
ok so you wanna drop fat in 2 weeks hard. you will have to go pretty low on cals with can cause you to go catabolic.
so why not allocate more time and do it slower steady pace and preserve the muscle you have.
really its a simple option to choose.

I've been cutting for the last 2.5 months. Leaving on vacation in 17 days and want to kick it into high gear .....
Thanks for your opinion but that really didn't help.

Can anyone share their opinion (s)? I'd like to hear from a few so I can have some options. Or a few options from one....

2 weeks isn't a lot time chief. Speaking from experience, wearing yourself way out for vacation just set myself up for a massive rebound while on vacation, leaving me feeling self-conscious and crappy for half of the trip, followed by that "oh well, I'm already deep in the hole (I wasn't) so I DGAF anymore" attitude.
Just keep doing what you've been doing.
